We complete material cycles at a consistent level. Our facilities meet the highest standards and guarantee the proper and professional processing of metal-containing materials. Starting from electroplating sludges and residues from metal processing, we produce non-ferrous metal concentrates in our smelting plant. These are refined into Ni-, Cu-, Co-, Mo- and V-based chemicals in downstream metallurgical processes. With their use in surface technology, the cycle closes, effectively using existing materials as raw materials.
For us, almost 400 years of tradition as a smelting and recycling company, founded in 1635 as a blue-dye works, is both an obligation and an incentive. Modern processes guarantee responsible and successful action. Customer satisfaction, the highest possible level of health and safety at work, and the minimisation of environmental pollution – driven by the processing of existing metal materials – are the foundations of the corporate philosophy and the broadly diversified range of products and services. All operations are under the control of an integrated management system that continuously assesses and monitors for quality assurance. This is done in accordance with the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001, 14001, 50001, and 45001.
Legal requirements and customer-specific wishes form the basis for our actions, with the management and departmental heads leading the way as role models. This applies to the sustainable production of our products, as well as the areas of environmental protection, and health and safety at work.
